1. The Gail’s 2020 Birthday Giveaway (“Giveaway”) begins on October 8, 2020 at 1:00am Philippines Time and ends on October 16, 2020 at 12:00am Philippines Time (the “Giveaway Period”).
2. Open to readers, middle grade teachers, librarians, and book bloggers from all over the world who are of legal age (the “Entrant”). Winners who are under 18 must have their parent or guardian email Gail at [email protected] their written permission and mailing address. Prizes of an under 18 winner will be shipped to their parent/guardian’s mailing address.

Two winners shall each receive a set of these prizes. One “International Winner” will be drawn, then one “Philippine-based Winner” will be drawn from the same pool of entries minus the International Winner. “International Winner” can reside anywhere in the world (including the Philippines) where shipping from or within the Philippines is allowed. “Philippine-based Winner” must currently reside in the Philippines and must have a Philippine shipping address. Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted by winner.

5. The Winner(s) of the Giveaway will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received throughout the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be conducted within 48 hours after the Promotion Period by Gail, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible Entries received.
6. Winner will be notified via Twitter Direct Message (DM) or by email at the email address provided in the Entry Information approximately 48 hours after the random drawing. Potential Winner must provide the needed information by email or DM as directed by Gail within seven (7) days of notification. Gail is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive email account(s), technical difficulties associated therewith, or Winner’s failure to adequately monitor any email account.
Any winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture.
